No. Coaching is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent mental health conditions.

Once you decide to move forward, you'll go through a short onboarding process. This includes signing your coaching agreement, terms of conditions, and privacy notice, submitting your deposit, a non-refundable 25% due at signing to hold your spot, and receiving your onboarding deck with your session materials. Everything you need lives in one place: your personal client portal.

You'll book all of your sessions directly through your personal client portal, at times that work for you.

Standard STILL, STEADY, + SOVEREIGN coaching sessions are 60 minutes.
The VIP Intensive is a single, uninterrupted 6 hour day.
Single Sessions run 90 minutes.

Life happens. If you give at least 24 hours' notice, you can reschedule directly through your client portal at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full.

A missed session without advance notice is treated as a same day cancellation and is non-refundable. If something urgent comes up, reach out as soon as you can. Extenuating circumstances, like medical emergencies, are reviewed on a case by case basis.

We understand that circumstances change. If you cancel before your second session with at least 14 days' written notice, you'll receive a refund minus a 20% administrative fee. If you cancel after your second session, a kill fee of 50% of your remaining balance is due within 7 days.

Payment is due at the time of booking or by the agreed upon invoice date. Accounts more than 7 days past due will incur a 10% late fee. Sessions will be paused for accounts more than 14 days past due until the balance is resolved.

STILL, STEADY, + SOVEREIGN packages offer a 25% deposit with the remaining balance in equal biweekly installments.
Single Session and VIP Intensive require full payment upfront.
