Every engagement begins here. No exceptions. Before Zen scopes, proposes, or prices any work, she meets with your primary stakeholders for a minimum of 90 minutes. This meeting is not a sales conversation. It is a diagnostic. This is a paid engagement, available virtually or in person.
The Engagement
Following the Alignment Meeting, Zen designs a curated engagement specific to your organization's needs, size, and goals. Zen builds every engagement around the specific dynamics she identifies in the Alignment Meeting. On site is standard. Virtual is available. We quote and agree on all travel and logistical costs before the engagement begins.
